Alex Hennesy
Managing Director

I am incredibly proud of what we do here at Copperstone and still immensely enjoy the process of planning and delivering projects for Clients.

My vision going forward is to retain and grow the team we have, as well as embracing more Construction Technology to streamline our processes, when it becomes available.

Our mantra here, is to ‘keep things simple’, even complex projects when planned and researched correctly can be delivered efficiently, if there is understanding and commitment from everyone involved about who does what and when!

Health and Safety and assessing risks is prevalent from planning stages, through procurement and delivery of every project to ensure we both meet your project needs as well as your H&S needs

Jonathan Mott
Commercial Director

Over 20 years’ experience and extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

He has worked in several commercial roles for super prime and high-end residential contractors in London and overseas in addition to an award-winning boutique property developer as a Commercial Director.

Jonathan is currently working towards his full membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).

Lauren Shaw
Project Co-ordinator

10+ years of experience providing extensive construction administration support. Lauren helps assist CopperStone with managing the logistics and communication within our projects, including document management via online portal.

Ross Murray
Project Programming & Risk Management

Ross has significant experience in programming, risk analysis and planning projects across a range of sectors, including renewable technologies and Commercial construction.

Following roles with Turner Townsend and Boccard at Hinckley Point, Ross brings his significant experience to Copperstone, advising on progress reporting, contract management and risk.

This ensures Clients receive detailed reporting from inception through to completion.

Andre Silva
Project Manager

Andre has 22 years of construction experience with a background in structural works and carpentry. All of his projects have been super prime ending since new build commercial and refurbishment’s. Andre has spent the last 15 years being in management roles as a supervisor, site manager and project manager.

  • ESTABLISH PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

    We undertake a full fact find to understand your full project requirements, we listen to your project concerns, project needs and prepare a fully costed proposal for you.

  • PLANNING

    We prepare a full Project Plan providing a programme and timeline of key deliverable’s, how these will be achieved, how these will be monitored and measured and the indicators that items are completed

  • PRE CONSTRUCTION PHASE

    We commence the Pre Construction Phase to ensure the project is started on time and with the correct suppliers, approvals, licences, budgets, programmes, health and safety/CDM arrangements, specifications and site set up is in place and programme all required pre-start meetings, etc…

  • CONSTRUCTION

    We undertake the Construction Phase maintaining robust Health and Safety, Programme Adherence, Quality Management, Sub-Contractor Management whilst adhering to any SLA’s and KPIs agreed

  • COMPLETION

    We undertake regular inspections and Snagging in order to achieve practical completion in accordance with the programme and budget.  We close out any required snagging and prepare full O&M Manuals upon Completion
