A mix of Commercial and Residential, this listed building presented plenty of obstacles when attempting to utilise the top floor, for further accommodation.  By using Crank Steel Beams and Posi Joists, we were able to convert the upper floors of the building quickly, whilst refurbing the existing Shop below, to get it back open as quickly as possible.
