Located in the heart of Marylebone, this is the flagship London store for Tracksmith, which had to feel like customers were stepping into a unique space with a retro locker room feel – fitting for a US luxury sports brand.

The finish needed to match the attention to detail and premium quality that consumers expect from the high-end brand in the USA.

The project consisted of new steelwork and shore up of the existing victorian building , all new mechanical, electrical and HVAC.
Restoration of the facade, fire safety works and a significant joinery package on both floors. This was a turn key solution for the Client who had previously commissioned us to fit out their pop up store in the same location.
